aepelbacher 0 Posted August 10, 2005 I like the different green tones that you got in the trees ... from the brightly lit one near the bottom right to the one that seems to be completely silhouetted in the middle. The mountain is a great backdrop. But, why not use the landscape orientation? Maybe because of the vertical-ness of the trees? I think that it still might have been nicer with the 90 turn.... cjrupp 0 Posted August 10, 2005 Lou, I looked at it in landscape and the trees were trunicated and overwhelmed the image. Also the vertical reduced the plain blue sky. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted August 11, 2005 Nice mountain, framed by the trees, but I think that the bg is a bit pale CJ.the trees have nice hues of greens. Pnina Link to comment
cjrupp 0 Posted August 11, 2005 Thanks Pnina, your right about the bg, I was concentrating on the pine cones in the fg to try to keep them in focus and let the bg get a little soft. Link to comment
