Beautifully composed. I like the texture. I might have considered a crop just left of the leaf. I also like how her lips fall to the right within the frame.

@Andrea Cali': I've used a softbox from left above. The leaves i've pasted later in Photoshop.

I would crop the left tiny bit, to make it more abstract. Anyway, excellent colours! jana
