Technically needs improvement...I can make out the somewhat jagged outlines around the legs and feet, they don't transition smoothly to the background. Seems to be too much black overall as well, doesn't help showcase the main image but instead almost swallows it up. The legs could use a bit more contrast and richness...and I'm not exactly sure why the skirt was emphasized (was it a fashion shot?). Not sure I like the red line outlining the image but the illusion of steps at the bottom is unique.

May need the technical tidy as mentioned but I like this idea, the skirt and the legs and IMO the red framing complete with step suits it well.
