Cool. How come my seagull shots never turn out like this....? I might try cloning out the single palm tree so it doesn't compete with your stretchy guy, but otherwise I really like this shot. Good luck.

I agree: the palm tree needs to go. Nice shot.

Great moment. I'd keep the tree and crop a little on the right and top (that is crop about a third of the distance between man and the edge of the photo) and just a tad off the top

Lovely moment, although I don't know if this palm should be here. But I understand that it was not that easy.

Here's my suggestion... the sky's not perfect where I removed the tree because I only spent 3 minutes on this, but I feel this helps keep attention where I would want it... good luck.

I guess the consensus is to take out the tree. I had thought about that, but thought that it made for more movement within the picture instead of having your eye leave by the birds. Seeing it without the palm I do like it better.
