Monsoon Season

Monsoon season in Arizona brings giant storms that produce incredible

amounts of lightning.

Tripod, long exposure, small apature. I generally set my shutter speed to ~10 seconds, and then adjust the apature via test shots until I am satisfied with the forground exposure (this particular photo is a very poor example of that)- - then just start shooting... I try to setup where I think the storm will be... this one was easy, it was everywhere.
