louie 0 Posted November 15, 2001 I don't like the grain very much, but the idea of the picture is wonderful - great photographic vision. I love the humor of it. I don't give out many high scores for cleverness, but you get a 9 for this one. Link to comment
kerry_pittenger1 0 Posted November 21, 2001 Thanks to everyone who took the time to rate my shot. I shot this while on assignment for something else. I was location scouting and I happen to look up and see these two looking back at me. When you leave a higher score, it's self-explanatory, while a lower score is not. Please explain your reasoning so I can better understand your thinking. Or, just let me know you're being a jerk. Link to comment
john clark 0 Posted November 26, 2001 I just like this shot very much and rate it highly especially in originality terms. I guess it's the happy faces we see in inanimate objects that make this one appeal. My question to you is whether you set out for high grain, or whether perhaps this is an extreme crop of a much larger 35mm neg? Link to comment
loreneidahl 2 Posted December 2, 2001 Reminds me of "HG Wells War of the Worlds". I think the grain gives it a certain "period" look and the contrast works well with the desired image portrayal. A slight bit of croping on the image may have enhanced it a bit. But thats a subjective call. Great idea. Link to comment
