rob scott 0 Posted July 24, 2005 I'd be interested to know what function you used to feather the image border... Rob Link to comment
erin_kroll 0 Posted July 24, 2005 Thanks! First I feathered the boader in PS then I used the paintbrush function with dissolve effect to white out the perimeter, then I used the blur brush Link to comment
pulok 1 Posted July 24, 2005 Simple, beautiful image! Nice framing work also. Regards.. Link to comment
ransford 0 Posted July 24, 2005 Charming. I would like to see it without the frame. Actually you could do more with the frame, like looking through a frosted window. BUT, Erin, what I really challenge you to do is take picture of the Portland Head Light that is original, or is that possible? I stayed in South Portland about four years ago with an old girlfriend and took no pictures (I was doing watecolors then, silly me) Link to comment
erin_kroll 0 Posted July 25, 2005 I can definately shoot P-headlight in an original manner... That is quite the challenge---it's the most photographed lighthouse in the world, an icon really. I'm up for it. :) Link to comment
carl_flynn 0 Posted July 25, 2005 Erin- This photograph reminds me of the simplicity of a Japanese Painting. It's truely beautiful! I'd hang it on my wall any day of the week. Link to comment
