Abondoned homestead

I came across this homestead just into Idaho. I can't think why

anyone would have abandoned a house with such a view.

This wouild be very nice in BW also I believe

Nice picture. One thing you might have done to make it more dramatic was to change the angle a bit so the mountains in the back are gone. I know that would mean maybe ruining the perspective of the house itself. It's all a balance I guess, eh? :) Either way, it's a nice picture. It's just the mountains bug me because they flow into the house. Without the mountains, it would be this really dramatic lone house.

It was a beautiful old house, too. Nice shot; the family probably didn't abandon it but lost it on taxes. I concur with Jeffrey about the mountains. Regards.
