Taking Photos...

After the festival race in Fukuoka (south Japan), the crowd rushes totake pictures of the results... I take pictures of people taking thesepictures... My opinion is that this shot is somewhat too centered... Iguess I was focusing my mind too much on the model... :P At leastthat's what my wife thinks!

Makes me wonder what they are photographing. funny how we all look when were intent on something.

 

Even though it is centered on the girl, there are plenty of others in the background who are attempting to do the same thing (she just happens to be prettier then them).

 

 

I think you are right: I also find the photo "too centered". But quite fine anyway.

Actually the central figure is the focal point. Am wondering if a slight crop from the top and the right side might make the photo better. I really like that central figure with cell phone. The tones might be played with a little.

 

Whatever is done with the photograph, it should be done minutely. Too much will ruin the spontineity.

Yes Alex, I think this picture could use a little cropping at the top. I like to post my pictures uncropped, but for printing, I will definitely crop a little bit of the top. On a 8*10 print, it should take less than one inch crop. Thanks for the good advice.
