subc 0 Posted July 21, 2005 At one time nearly on the verge of extinction on account of rampant poaching, the Indian One Horned Rhino has been, due to the work of conservationists, increased in number in the Kaziranga National Park, Assam, India. On a visit there, I clicked this photo of a Rhino which was behaving aggresively towards the Elephant which we were on. I asked the mahout (elephant-driver) to pause for a short time and made do with what I could at that moment. For ratings/comments please. Link to comment
gnashings 5 Posted July 21, 2005 I admire your courage to get this close to a rhino - even with a telephoto which I assume you used - but the subject is very soft - I would like to see more detail on the "face", a littel more attention drawn to it. Link to comment
