galan 0 Posted November 9, 2001 Absolutely inspiring work... it makes me want to get up and dance with her... great composition, motion, and timing. Link to comment
mick_foote 0 Posted November 15, 2001 This girl was part of a dance troup that I was fortunate to see in America earlier this year, and this picture is part of a set of three that have been posted as a panel.I am glad that I tried different exposures whilst shooting this series as many were too blurred or I missed the action completely. This picture though sums up (as much as a still image can) the vigour and abandonment with which she danced, and I have good memories of the time I saw her.Your comments on the composition and "timing" would be appreciated. dave_kroetsch 0 Posted November 15, 2001 great color, great DOF. I'm curious as to the angle? Did you have the camera turned? Was she leaning? I would have tried to make her a bit more vertical in the frame. Just a personal opinion. Nice work! Link to comment
