sharon jackson 0 Posted July 19, 2005 You caught her expression perfectly. What a little "Doll". I do like the crop. Good work. My niece just came bk from Guangdong Province, China where they adopted an orphaned 24 month old little girl that looks so much like your photo. Sharon Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted July 20, 2005 Cherlyn, claiming that you are not strong in portraiture, this one shows the opposite...that is a very nice image of the girl, her expression , her skin tones, and good crop. So, give yourself more credite! Pnina Link to comment

alvaro 0 Posted July 22, 2005 Beautiful portrait a second of magic captured, the interesting photo then gets even more apealing when you get closer and see you in her eyes. Congratulations. Thanks also for your suggestion please visit my dragon fly to see it brighter. All the very best Alvaro Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted August 1, 2005 I like your crop a lot (better than Bolti's, which I think is too close). But I don't know if I would call it "Intensity" ... she seems to have more of a look of wonder in her eyes. It's almost what I'd call a "knit brow". Looks like she was so interested in what she was looking at (your camera?) that she didn't even notice the strand of hair blown on her lip. Nice capture! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 5, 2005 Very nice capture Cherlyn, like always and it does look better in larger view. I tend to agree with Lou Ann though. Also I think if you'd stamped off your image in her eyes, it would have created more mystery as to what is out there that wonders her so much. Kind regards. Link to comment
harnstrom1 0 Posted August 10, 2005 Very good. I like this kind of living and spontaneous shots. Delicious tone and colours. Kind regards. Link to comment
