Nice moment of communication. It would be even better if we got a better sight at the face of the guitarist in front. Flash is not good concert lighting, it overpowers the stage lights and removes the mood of them. If htere is no stage lighting enough for photography, in a venue like this, bounce flash can be better than direct flash. If you know the musicians, it is often possible to get permission to place a slave flash on a stan, especially if they get a few photos afterwards.
