katzpjs 50 Posted July 12, 2005 I'm considering a redecoration of the guest bathroom. What do you think of this tile pattern, is it too bright? Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted July 12, 2005 Hmmm, I may have to try a different pattern. I'm not sure that I could stand to use that bathroom. 8-)# Link to comment
hiroya 0 Posted July 12, 2005 I think it's good for the guest bathroom, but why not kaleidoscope? Link to comment
renny 0 Posted July 12, 2005 ....magic and past manipulations... :-) ...and thank you for the fun of it all! Link to comment
schneekranich 0 Posted July 12, 2005 Shawn, great mandala for sitting on the toilet, lol, good one! Thanks Renny for opening the fairy season. Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted July 12, 2005 Hiroya, I trided a kaleidoscope rendition first but was unimpressed with it. It was too bland and needed more work. I'll keep thinking about it. Link to comment
r_e 0 Posted July 12, 2005 always thankful for a "three clicks instruction" to get this :-)) RE Link to comment
hiroya 0 Posted July 12, 2005 I think I saw a fairy once upon a time, but can't remember where it was. I explored, drugged, meditated etc. And then found them here at last. Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted July 12, 2005 It took 3 1/2 clicks to create, but I'll see if I can remember them when I get of work. Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted July 13, 2005 1) Adjust Color Balance, Contrast and Saturation.2) Adjust Hue Mapping to change red poppies to either Purple, Orange or Yellow.3) Use 3-D Buttonize effect to make the image look like a tile.3.5) Cut-n-paste all the colorful images into a new larger image, resize it to 511 pixels and post it for a "look-see".Attached is one image after steps 1, 2 and 3 above. 8-)# Link to comment
watermark_of_merni 14 Posted July 13, 2005 Some how my foot fell asleep when making this. Not realizing my foot was asleep when getting up I then twisted my ankle. That's why I've got the poppy blues. Link to comment
renny 0 Posted July 13, 2005 Oh my gosh, Alix... takes me right back to the '50's! Hope your ankle is not bad, Merni.... that's a lovely blue color. Shawn is the color depth also less? Hiroya, my fairies theme and manipulation of the past comment is related to the story at this link: http://tinyurl.com/cfrbr Link to comment
paula grenside 0 Posted July 13, 2005 great "manipulators", don't you get the impression we are having visions? Hmmm, thinking of the Beatles' song and the circumstances under which it was written. Renny, what a lovely fairy tale Shawn, I'd rethink before redecorating the bathroom; you might draw a crowd:-) Alix, those skirts are too funny. Marni, blue IS beautiful and I love the poppilets! Whose are the yellow poppies? Little creatures! they need some sunbathing;-) Link to comment

v 0 Posted July 13, 2005 I had several options, and I could not pick the one I liked most. So I almost decided to put up several. Then finally I thought - the last one should rule. :L) So here we go! After one day of reflections, I decided to call this shot "Holland's tulips". %))) Link to comment
