jean-pierre morin 0 Posted July 7, 2005 Kanniyakumari is the southern most point on the Indian sub- continent. A massive pilgramige site in India with a huge temple, the village also has a vibrant fishing community. I wanted to capture the vibrant anticipation of the uncoming tide. The boats all raced out minutes later to secure their spots in the Indian Ocean. This town was severly damaged by the December 2004 Tsumani. Link to comment
