hello, i think i won't rate, but i can comment. I'm not very convinced by your picture. The option of turning a fireworks and night lights photo in BW surprises me. I don't like very much the 50/50 composition with the cut-off fireworks reflection. Also, electric lights looks burnt here and there but that's difficult to avoid. All this being only personal impressions, of course. Regards.
