Darkness II

Good to see you posting again, Jim. I'm not sure how to critique this picture, but it certainly conveys a deep sense of darkness, especially when viewed large.

What I really like about this is the brightest light being off the main subject; I think that's partof what conveys the feeling of darkness. Nice composition.

Oh, you've replaced the picture with a much darker version. If memory serves from last night's viewing (of the original post), I think something in between might be my preference.

Full of emotion Jim, the darkness, as it is aptly titled, really is enveloping him. I did not see a lighter version, but this works for me.
