Nicely composed in the frame CHiPs. He seems to have a sense of wonder as he looks at his shoes. I would go for a little more blur for the background.

This is a very nice image. Simple color scheme, excellent DOF, good timing and mood and pleasing use of the Rule of Thirds.

Seriously, the blues to grays and greens work very well together. Sometimes overcast days make the best pictures.
