It was an incredible atmosphere; hundreds of monks praying in the forest, the sun had

just

set and there was that wonderful glow that you get in low light - the magic hour I call it.

Luckily I had a fast lens and 400 ISO film to hand.

Great capture of that magic light and terrific composition too. Plus the exotic location makes this appealingly unique. It's possible that the image could be improved a little if you expand its dynamic range to bring out detail in the faces of the foreground monks - no harm in checking what PS could do with it. Congrats on a great shot!
