Disconnected

Interesting, but I was just talking to someone today about how unhappy I was on my last visit to the Guggenheim to find that Frank Gehry had put up a bunch of metal crap all over the place, thereby completely obliterating Frank Lloyd Wright's visual intentions. How pompous. Now I see this!

Maybe I'm getting to be a fuddy-duddy, but I don't think they should be encouraging artists to alter the space in such ways.

In general, I share your sentiments, but this particular installation was very cool. Also, it's not permanent.
