I would crop this more, especially bottom and left edges. It looks too static as it is, with the cormorant right in the centre of the image.

I know it is hard to catch animals, especially with a short lens, but there is not much interesting in the picture besides the bird, so try to fill the frame with it. The blue water makes for a perfect background and harmonizes with the colors of the bird.
