George Gets Close

I know this would be better with his whole face, but I had the 70-

300mm lens on & didn't have time to switch. This guy was poking his

head over my sunroof & peering in. I just love his eyes - the

eyelashes, eyebrows & wrinkles! What a character. He makes me

smile.

 

PS there should be a category for animals other than pets or nature.

Hi Connie. Sometimes more is too much so I wouldn't worry that you only captured part of George's face. I think you captured the most interesting part of George...

Connie, Great image but it is a bit soft and muted. I applied a little carefull sharpening to your image and boosted the color. I used Fred Miranda's Intellisharpen and Velvia Vision.

Ooooh I like that very much. This was my direct jpeg conversion. I want to replace it with the better one I did, but the one you did puts mine to shame =) I will have to look into those programs. Thank you, my favorite teacher, John!!!
