Yes, it seems the same bug. I think that these animals in your photo are males fighting. They only live in a small part of the world, we are together there with the blue beatles.

Just a problem. Your identification is correct BUT I don't write the name of this particular animal because there are sold on ebay and similar places. Look in google, you will be surprised and maybe terrified. Good photos (as this) of this animal only increse its demand. It would not be the first insect to be in risk of extintion due to trade. This is a crazy world !!
