Uhhhh.....the image is definitely better WITH the clouds. So did you put the sky in or did you remove it?

Neither - they are two images taken on different days.

Jon, I like the idea of the unblue skied image. But I wonder if you couldn't get a non-blue sky with more details. A full-blown storm isn't absolutely necessary, but a turbulent sky would go better with the frightfulness of the erect but collapsed state the barn has achieved.
