The pattern of smooth waves makes it. They spread a lively carpet for the noble house. REgards

A lot has been said here so there is very little that I can add. I will say, I think the composition is perfect as is the exposure. There is a really good image.

A place of beauty, I too agree with the above about the tight crop, but I'm sure it couldn't be helped. The image is wonderful as is. Cheers, Sondra

very very well done, pnina, your tones are really superb as usual -- the yellow and greens, the water, which is done just right, and creates a feeling that it is rushing towards me, all work very well. yea, crop is a little tight, but that's not what i notice first, its the really attractive colors and rendering.

To all of you.I appreciate it very much!

Manolis, Yes it is a zen .It was built in 1397, and after the Shogun death it became a zen shrine.

This image is a beauty and the composition is fine, IMO. Also IMO, either no crop or just a very short one on the bottom. I would like to see the water like a mirror but you too, probably...

What fabulous surroundings for this temple! Light, exposure - technical aspects - are perfect, but the mood is enviable....I wish I was there, Pnina.

Seven, that is a real Gem of a place, the day was terrible, gray and no clouds, I don't know how I suceedeed, but that is probably good for meditation.

Thanks Seven, you are a welcomed guest here.
