Sometimes I think people confuse a photo of a newsworthy or beautiful object with a photo that is worth showing off. I don't care who or what the photo is of, if it's not a good photo, I'm not interested in seeing it. You must surely agree that there is nothing great about this photo. And other people who've shot Clinton managed to achieve focus and didn't overexpose. Perhaps they even had a non-distracting backdrop.

It's a zit like wart. It was actually very nasty.

As for Cedar's comments, this photo is what it is, all I can say is don't "player hate", you should congradulate.

It's not at all a bad grab shot. If you have a camera in your hands and along comes a celebrity, you make the picture. You had the right instincts. Good for you.

Dont be discouraged...one thing I'm nearly tired of on photo.net is all of the seasoned pro's being such jack----- to those who are learning. They have obviously forgotten their roots.

I like the shot. Sure, it's not the prettiest thing, but presidents and other famous people are always made to look superhuman. Clearly Clinton was caught off guard, looking quite human--especially with that horrid thing on his nose.
