v 0 Posted June 6, 2005 Superb work. Really well worked on image, making it look like an oil painiting. Hats off!! Link to comment
harnstrom1 0 Posted June 6, 2005 Gorgeous composition with the mountains, water and climbing trees. Wonderful palette and perfect tonal range, very well done. Good work in the post-processing. I like how the far distance fades away. Almost feel like beeing there, our landscape is flat like a pancake. Kind regards. Link to comment
indywatchman 0 Posted June 6, 2005 This is a beautiful picture. Good work. I would like to see it without the blur layer though. Link to comment
scott_j 0 Posted June 7, 2005 Don, Excellent work. The subtle background and the crisp and vivid foreground create a wonderful sense of depth. The off balance framing adds to the tree reaching toward the image center. Needs to be framed. - Scott Link to comment
novastorm 0 Posted June 7, 2005 Very strong composistion, Funtastic PS work. It has a Sumi painting quailty to it that is very appealing. Maybe crop the bottom up a hair, so it only just shows a little bit of green from the tree top on the left bottom. Having just started working with levels myself so this is very encouraging. Thanks for sharing! Cheers Nova :) Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted June 15, 2005 Nice shot. But I think the subject is the tree and it would be better to crop the low part. Link to comment
cass1 0 Posted October 14, 2006 ese primer plano me parece impresionante , el fondo no me convence tanto... pero aun asi muy bueno saludos Link to comment
knweinhold 0 Posted May 1, 2010 Wow! No, I like it cropped or not cropped. The colors blend it all together regardless, so there is no distraction to me if the lower part is left be. Link to comment
