david_troyer 0 Posted June 4, 2005 I shot this while on an editorial trip to Tahiti last month. Just wondering what others might think of this angle. Please comment, and thanks! Link to comment

libeso 0 Posted June 4, 2005 Just wondering what type of setup you did to get this shot.... O and BTW ... Yes TOTALLY RAD! Link to comment
razvan 0 Posted June 4, 2005 Excelent capture, in a excelent place! Very good, original photo! 7/7 Link to comment
brad_stock_photography 0 Posted June 4, 2005 I wouldn't say original as this type of shot is very often seen in any given surf mag, but its common for a reason. Its the best possible angle IMO to view a surf image. The way that the eye leads from the surfer to the camera and then off to the mountains with none of the frame being unused space at all make this on of the best versions of this shot I have ever seen. jim hayes 0 Posted June 4, 2005 The combination of fisheye and position makes this one about is perfect as you can get. But of course you already knew that didn't you? I don't blame you for showing this one off. Nice capture.JH Link to comment

mark phillips 0 Posted June 5, 2005 As Brad mentioned you do see this in surf mags. But then again it's such a great shot thats why they put them in! I love it, well done. Link to comment
mazza 0 Posted June 5, 2005 The shot is great, but Im kinda bummed out that it is a "butt" shot and u cant see his head. Would be nicer if he would face the photographer, but anyway, this shot is super in any other way so who really cares:-) -mazza Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted June 5, 2005 A frontal shot would be preferred. But, still an extraordinary photo Link to comment
