jim.henderson 1 Posted June 4, 2005 This one looks a lot warmer! Actually, it's got a sort of seventies look to it. Nice. Link to comment
isaac madera 1 Posted June 4, 2005 The idea is nice but this may not be the bast way to photograph this model. Her thighs appear a bit disporportioned to her body. In all honesty, I like the others better. Link to comment
jonathancharlesphoto 4 Posted June 4, 2005 The iconic image of a nude figure holding a floaty drape which is blowing in the wind is a popular theme and this is a nice example with an unusual diagonal composition. Also original is the apparent sheltered viewpoint (lower and beneath the tree) which emphasises the exposed position of the heroic figure who enjoys the freedom of her situation. This veiwpoint causes the perspective problem that Isaac mentions but this could be partly corrected in PS without it looking unnatural. My other suggestion would be to clear a little space between her hair and the tree. I hope you don't mind if I show you what I mean... Link to comment
jonathancharlesphoto 4 Posted June 4, 2005 ... like this. (I shall delete it in a few days unless you would like to leave it up for discussion). Best wishes, Jonathan Link to comment
amanda_griffin1 0 Posted June 6, 2005 I appreciate your comments and suggestion, and I do see your point. Of course, if I did that, I would not be able to say the image is unmanipulated, which at this point I can. So I guess I need to weigh the importance of that factor and decide which way to go with it. :-) Link to comment
