Very nice photograph. I do not care for the border treatment but that is not very important. I like the subject and the contrast between the foreground and the background. I would have wanted to include a bit more room on the right side (and top)in order to correct the perspective. I like the elements you included in the composition with the exception of the dark corners at the bottom.

I would have also liked some separation between the obolisk and the stones on the right side of the frame. I wonder if it would have been possible to move the camera position to the left in order to center the obolisk better in the opening of the stone.

Wait, wait ... THE Washington Monument in Eygpt? :)

Nice arragement in the foreground. Superb light. But, I'm not too sure about the moon ...
