A little flat, did you consider taking the photo in the evening, perhaps when the light is on, or even at night, may make for more interesting lighting... I like the eye for the colors though quite a bit...

A different approach, more minimalistic, but I guess you took this one at the Brasov old city hall. A different view from the one that I took...

However, I also tried some similar composition. The building is so delightful that I guess I must have taken around 30 or something of this beautiful subject.
