hazel_billingsley2 0 Posted May 21, 2006 A captivating image. Just grabs you! Tones, colors, light - everything perfect! What lens did you use? Image is very sharp throughout the image. Link to comment
georgeseymour 0 Posted April 28, 2007 Great picture of a man at work and meat on the hoof. Makes one realize how easy most of us have it. I hope he wasn't to affected by the recent eathquake in those parts. This is where photography can bring home the reality of life to us. Link to comment

l_a_k_h_i_n_d_e_r 0 Posted April 29, 2007 The guy is covered with an arching headgear. And yet the face is well lit. This confuses me, considering there is no natural frontal light. It is a beautiful photograph. Thanks. Link to comment
katmaidog 0 Posted April 29, 2007 I am sorry, but i do not believe that this is an unmanipulated photo. It looks really fake. There are several anomalies with the light that just would not hasppen if all of these items had been photographed in the same light. Plus you have several very obviously manipulated photos in your portfolio, so I know you have the tendency to do this and the skill to pull it off. The man in the front was pasted onto the background. Shame on you. Link to comment

rosemary_sheel 0 Posted March 11, 2008 These shots are great photographically but also fabulous as historical documents. I am so happy to look at all of these. As for his face...the snow is a reflector of light and it casts the light back onto the man's beautiful face. I wish things were quiet in Pakistan and Afghanistan and Kashmir then maybe we could all have a chance at these beautiful portraits. Link to comment
dan_shoe 0 Posted April 6, 2008 this is my favorite of your portfolio. I like the colors - very pleasing and natural. The stick behind the shepherd, is it his rod or his staff? Link to comment
soniam 6 Posted September 8, 2008 This is wonderful. The slope of the terrain and the consistant tones are subtle. The mans face is perfectly lit to capture his expression. So many in your portfolio have this high quality. Well done Link to comment
