I think that you have just enough blur in the feet and the ring to accomplish your objective without ruining the photograph. Good job!

i think it works very well, i like the tilted angle and the slight blurring on her foot and at the edge of the ring suggest motion, the file size is pretty big though took a long time for it to download even on DSL.
