g_boyer 0 Posted January 5, 2006 Wonderfully amazing shot. Isn't that the photographer I see reflected in the cat's eye? Link to comment
sghosh 0 Posted October 15, 2006 I am not even worthy of commenting on this excellent piece of work - but have to be honest with myself:Rotating the frame 90 degrees anticlockwise may eliminate the slight feeling of disorientation that the viewer may feel while looking at it. But again, maybe that's one of the salient features of this shot which might go away with it.Just a thought - never mind!Again, congratulations on your excellent composition! Link to comment
majicman 0 Posted November 24, 2006 I love this shot, Perfect. I'm going to look for my cat now to make him do the same thing, here kitty kitty, Link to comment
bean.like.dip 0 Posted December 20, 2006 brilliantly done. i love how you can see the reflection in the cats eye, but you can see his actual eye at the same time. excellent focus. Link to comment

erikadams 0 Posted July 23, 2007 I was admiring this photo last week. Cat's eyes are interesting, and the eye seems to be the focus of this photo. You really get a sense of the size of the anterior chamber. Placing the subject so far towards the edge of the space works because the remainder of the space is blackness. I do wish for a bit more DOF. Was this a horizontal shot, then turned vertical? If so, very good idea. Link to comment
okinawa 0 Posted July 24, 2007 Definitely an impressive shot. I know cats... and it's not so easy to take a shot like this! Link to comment
billysyk 0 Posted July 24, 2007 great sharpness! Are the eyes digitally like 50% oversized ? Link to comment

adrianciorba 0 Posted July 24, 2007 I think it is a great picture. Very good light, DOF also is good. Black clean background fits excellent pulling out cat details. I don`t know cats well, so i presume the eyes are natural that big. Very good approach. Link to comment
krisphotography 0 Posted July 24, 2007 I learnt something about cat's eyes today! I really love the black background and the composition. Well done. Link to comment
BrettPrucha 0 Posted July 24, 2007 It's a bit over sharpened for my tastes. Anyone else have any more insight? Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 24, 2007 Great detail and beautiful color. Unfortunately, with the image being titled "Another Vision," it looks to me as if the cat's other vision is the photographer's copyright imprint in the upper left corner...which spoils the whole concept for me. Although the copyright imprint is not "part" of the photo, it is intrusive in the negative space and draws my eye to it every time. Link to comment
