cfimages 0 Posted June 8, 2005 Nathan, It evokes a good mood that is representive of India, but there is room for some improvement. It has a bit of a washed out look, which I think is a result of the scanning. Try re-scanning it to see if it improves. The woman's face is completely lost in the shadows. Without resorting to an elaborate multi-flash system, I'm not sure what you could do about this. Maybe try the shadow/highlight tool in PS CS(2). The leaves in the foreground are somewhat distracting - they completely hide the man's hands. Plenty of potential here, just needs a little more work/thought. Hope this helps.
n.a.t.h.a.n 0 Posted June 8, 2005 Thanks Craig..Appreciate ur comments.. I agree with scanning...if u see the prints, u might like it. i want to show the girl face in darkness only b'se of her lifestyle... but i value ur comments.. Donatas, Appreciate ur comments
cfimages 0 Posted June 8, 2005 Nathan, I hadn't thought of purposely leaving the girls face shadowed. Now that concept certainly invokes a typical part of life for many Indian women. In that case - great thinking.
