I like the vertical nature of this. The amount of space at the top accentuates this... and that cloud at the top stops the upper frame from feeling too empty.

There is something humorous and silly about this.

I prefer this to the landscape one. The height helps somehow, and the simplicity and balance work better.

I was going wild :-) when I noticed the cloud above the buildings. I liked the compositon so much. Something about what George said about the humour. When I read George's comment I thought that here may be a little circus feeling.... These two buildings are so different from the buildings behind. They are like clowns, left alone and they don't know what to do without the audience. Sun is shining from somwhere but grey clouds are above all..

this is a good picture!.. spoting it on shows the talent of the person who holds the camera.. really funny and inspiring ;-)
