Colorful Parrots

It was shot in a zoo last week.

Nice out of focus rendition. Lovely colors. It would have been nice if you hadn't clipped the tail feathers though.

Since you were at the zoo with the subject more or less trapped, why not get in tighter on them? Or in some other way try to minimize the obviousness of their captivity? Alternately, get the whole bird in the frame.

Though they were at zoo, they were presented just for a while in a show inside the zoo. I was not allowed to go closer to them. If I could go back, the people watching the show would not like it.
