stefan_vonstein1 0 Posted October 25, 2001 Had the plane not been there, or had the pole not been there, it would've been a much more interesting photo in my opinion. Personally, I think the pole detracts from the beautful scene around it. Good work with the B&W. Were any filters add in photoshop? Link to comment
howard_glazer 0 Posted October 25, 2001 I have to agree with the last post. Though I love Airplanes and am a pilot my self I find the pole interesting, I like the vertical simitree (sorry for the spelling) with the wires, love the sepia colors. I would just burn in (make darker) the whole left hand side of the photo from the horizon up, this way we see the prints borders, right now its just white as oppose to the other side which is grayer, so it will match the other side better. Hope this helps Link to comment
cedarbough 0 Posted January 21, 2002 This looked great, until I saw the larger version and saw the airplane. If the airplane was _not_ intersecting the phone pole it'd still be okay. Too bad. Should have framed the shot with the phone pole along the left side, and the airplane nearer the center of the shot, to the right of the pole. Link to comment
