please share your ideas, how could have been this picture better?

cool angle, I like how the bird is looking at the camera. I like the picture, the only thing that I can recommend is to look for subjects/bacround with a little more color. That will give the photo more for the viewer to look at.

I think you can give more impact to this excellent image by cropping to square... the round hole seems naturally cropped to square. the bottom doesn't contribute to the image so I suggest cropping part of it off...not too much though so that the feeling is changed.
