I think this would be even better if you cropped out the top shadow. Nice shot.

I agree, though I had to look at it a while, that the shadow should be cropped out. After playing with it a while I like the shot better cropping a little right and making the final product a wide image instead of tall. The right crop to keep the pile in the right third of the frame. See what you think.

Personally I like the shadow.
