You've done a super job of presenting a gorgeous model with captivating (blue? green?) eyes in B&W. The contrast and details are just right. Great eye contact also. With a face like hers, you might get in a little closer for some other shots. Bravo.

It is the start of a very good portrait. However, in order to resolve the key conflict (this should be a low key image), I would darken the light background to a shade or two darker than her skin. I would also soften that contrasty nose shadow a bit. You have talent; keep it up.

She has a beautiful smile making this image catch my attention.
