Please comment. Horizontal or vertical?

I think this looks just fine. Vertical is very nice. What's with people rating 1/1 when you've got a perfectly nice image? I think this is an awesome picture, and I give you a 5/5.

Man I love this! I've been messing with my head for the last 5 mins, up and down, making me dizzy.

 

I have to say, this is the first of its kind I've seen here.

 

From a technical perspective, the stitching needs a little work in places, but that does not in any way detract from the fun I've been having with this one!

wow. I was so curious to see what is going to be when the whole photograph appears! Uf.. this is too long! I cannot have the feeling of the whole photograph, I have to scroll and scroll down and down. TOo much for me. but interesting concept! what was your general idea, to put together two photos?? to link the green with green? I think I dont understand!

When you stitch vertical photos, you can keep going up and up until you eventually come back down, and photograph the stuff behind you upside-down. This is a version of that idead with the join on the ground rather than the sky. This was just a tester really, i have more interesting locations to come.

I've been checking out your portfolio only because I saw you rated 1/1 on this week's Photo of the Week and wanted to see what that guy could do better. Then I see you write this, when you heard someone gave you a 1/1

Hahaha! That's just funny to me. You have every right to vote 1/1 and they have every right to give you that, Or, as I see it, they shouldn't give you 1/1 because this is a very intersting image, and you shouldn't give 1/1 on this week's photo of the week, well because, isn't that rating too harshly?...

I have made corrections to my post but I haven't changed my opinion. I removed the word jerk because it doesn't belong, and also the word dumb at the end. I just think that a picture that gets a 1/1 must be really ugly, and neither 'The World' or 'This is the way it was' deservs that kind of rating. The ironic thing is that someone who thinks 1/1 is harsh should understand that and not give 1/1! Now, if Chris Bisset could come and explain why he gave such a low rating, then maybe I could appologize to any offense I have commited towards anyone.

Your comments do not belong here. You should have confined these "observations" to the Photo of the Week forum where they belong. Posting them here makes it look as though you are taking some sort of immature misplaced revenge?

Sorry everyone, my brother rated that photo 1/1. (he wanted to see how it would affect the total) I dont think this photo is that good, it was the idea that i was trying to show and my garden was the only place i could experiment.Its got average originality. Thats all i wanted to know.

 

p.s. is there anyway to change a rating when somthing like that happens?

If you want to change the rating, go see the picture, click on the Rate tab, rate again and it'll ask you if you want to change the rating. P.S. I responded to your comment you made on a pic in my portfolio Chris. Bye
