berkshire-wedding-photogra 0 Posted May 11, 2005 Just thought I'd share my first ever lightning photo with you all. Hope you like it. Luben - www.solev.net Link to comment
Jim_Dockery_Photos 2 Posted May 11, 2005 Nicely composed lucky strike (esp. for your 1st!). Did you add some magenta in Photoshop, or filter it? Looks a bit unreal to me, but a beautiful image. 6/7 (for incredible luck). When you add a mat look (I assume you used canvas size in Photoshop) you might want to use pixels instead of % so that the mat is even - sometimes looks good to have a bit larger on bottom if you sign it like you did here. frivera 0 Posted May 11, 2005 Good ray here! May a bit overexposed on the left. Composition even is good. Link to comment
berkshire-wedding-photogra 0 Posted May 11, 2005 Jim, The colour of the sky is purely due to the White Balance selected in Phase One. No other colour correction was applied to the image. Also thanks for the advice on framing. ----- Kamran, you are correct, I used bulb exposure. While the exposure was happening, I was sitting in the relative safety of our hire car :-) Link to comment
