I'm a beginer, so I'd greatly appreciate sugguestions as how to improve.

Good use of the reflector. A higher position of the reflector would give a better angle of light. It was probably a gold reflector, giving an overtenned colour. Usually the gold reflector is usedin situations where the shadows otherwise would be too blue. I would crop a bit off the top, and probably the right.
