christian deichert 1 Posted May 13, 2005 I agree -- you have presented the overpowering scale of the fjord wall perfectly here. I really enjoy this composition -- what a breathtaking place. Link to comment
salvatore.mele 1 Posted May 14, 2005 This is very well composed: the contrast of the towering nature over the small settlement works very well. It is also about colours, and not only about shapes, though. In addition to the houses against the glacier, I also appreciate the warmer tones of the grass and houses against the cold hues of the mountain face. Link to comment
jeremy_smith 0 Posted May 17, 2005 Wow, that's really astounding. Seems a little tightly cropped on the top and bottom. Really spectacular though--deserves to be blown up and framed, for sure. I have to visit there someday. Is this Norway? Link to comment
scandphoto 0 Posted May 21, 2005 Yes, this is Norway. About 60 km west of Alta. Have a good trip! Link to comment
