Guest Guest Posted May 6, 2005 Dendalion seeds between night and day waiting to begin their dance through life, while moon still lights :) Link to comment
haris 0 Posted May 6, 2005 Is that really the moon in the background? I don't think so, but the illusion is very nice. Very good image, but for a moondance I'd make it much darker overall. Link to comment
rikpennartz 0 Posted May 6, 2005 I would have used only the left part of the photograph. But nice pic! Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 6, 2005 No, it is no moon... I was looking and wandering what it was with that circle there and I had those ideas in mind so I put the title and explanation. I do not use PS a lot but for retoutching where my camera aberated or can't do what I expect it to do :) I will try the darker version also as I think a little more contrast could not be wrong. Thank you for your ideas and oppinions. Link to comment

haris 0 Posted May 12, 2005 I like it better. The colors are more saturated and it has richer texture. There's a problem with the Moon illusion, however. Your foreground is much brighter than the background which clearly indicates that the "Moon" is not the source of the light. In the previous version when everything was much more diffusely lit, it looked like an overexposed Moonscape. Now the "Moon" fades to the background, see what I am saying? I would tone down the highlights in the front and try to add more light to the "Moon" and the background. Try playing with masking and Shadows/Highlights of the PS if you have it. Good luck!
