I like all the colours and the approaching drama. Loads of details that catches the eye.

So many interesting colors and textures here! I really like this.

Very interesting composition! The foreground really adds interest to this shot.

Tasmania -- great place. Lovely combination of colours Ian. Very evocative. The dark section of central cloud is striking too.

 

A blend of two exposures would have allowed you to hold highlight detail in the sky. It can be difficult to tell with receding coastlines, but I wonder too whether the shot is slightly tilted. Cheers, Leigh.

You couldn't wish for a tastier foreground than that Ian. I too would have liked to see some highlight detail saved in the sky but it isn't enough of a distraction to turn me off the shot. The colour palette is surperb and the sky adds just enough drama to keep it from being the cliche 'postcard'
