Annex: pathway stairs

This...I like...though I am secretly wishing it was in black and white. It could be such an ambiguously mysterious image.

 

But still...6/6 for real.

Just a quick shot on the path behind the old Walter Reed Annex in

Forest Glen, MD.

I feel like I'm viewing an apparition in funeral garb. There's just something so moody and ghost-like about this composition. The haze near the figure's head lends the most to this feeling, I think. And I agree--black and white would lend more to the haunted, comfortable feel I get from watching the figure climg forgotten stairs.
