Epiphyllum flower

I can't make any claim to originality with this photo (hence the

"critique only" status)--my goal was to recreate as closely as

possible a photo I remember seeing weeks ago on Photo.net. They say

imitation is the highest form of flattery, but unfortunately I can't

remember the name of the photographer I'm trying to flatter! I have

had no luck searching PN for "Epiphyllum" or "orchid cactus." I would

be grateful to anyone with a better memory than mine who can locate

the photographer and photo I'm trying to emulate. Your critique is

also, of course, welcome.

Nicely composed work. The colour of the petals is rich. I really like the blossomy aspect of the center. I don't recall the image which you modelled it from, but this is wonderful.

David, why would an image this beautiful and stunning only get a "4/4"? I bet that really steamed you. Who are these folks who do that?
