People walking during the relay in support of surviving cancer victims, and in memory of those that have past. The white bags lining the walls contain candles for cancer victims.

I think I consider this shot to be the signature shot for my Relay

for Life pictures. The bags on the right are lumineries for

survivors and nonsurvivors of cancer, and the people on the left are

walking for the relay. I think the reason I this this is a strong

image is because there is no identity in the people - all of them

supporting this cause selflessly.

picture, and I accomplished what I had in my mind's eye at the

I've always liked red against olive green. I like what you've done here, the bags along the wall in focus and the motion of feet. I would agree that this would be your signature shot for the relay because it has two important elements, heart and soul. My father was a cancer victim.

I have photographed at e Relay for Life and I agree. This is sombre, serious and sad; it captures the mood well. It is 'the' Relay for Life shot.
